Trevor Zimmer
Introduction (2-3 lines)
Trevor Zimmer is a design strategist specializing in global health. Rollout is his first film, based on his experience directing the COVAX delivery unit responsible for supporting countries to administer COVID-19 vaccines.
Trevor Zimmer is the Program Director at Catapult Design. He has extensive experience in design strategy, creative facilitation and management, specializing in public health. Prior to joining Catapult Design, he directed the COVAX delivery unit responsible for supporting countries to administer COVID-19 vaccines. This experience inspired him to produce the short Rollout, his first film. He also reflected on his involvement with the COVID-19 vaccine rollout for Stanford Social Innovation Review.
Previously, he was an Associate Partner and Design Director at Dalberg Design, helping to lead the firm’s health and innovation practice. At Dalberg, his focus was on creative facilitation, design research, innovation, and storytelling, which he applied to global health, change management, and new ventures. His work spanned 20+ countries, partnering with community-based organizations, international non-profits, funders, bi- and multi-laterals, early-stage innovators, and pharmaceuticals.
Trevor has a master’s degree from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and an undergraduate degree from the University of Washington. He lives in and is a native of the San Francisco Bay Area.
