Pat Lau and Don Miller

Pat Lau and Don Miller served as staff member at Visual Communications, the nation’s premier Asian Pacific American media arts center shortly after the organization received the first of two grants from the U.S. Department of Education to develop film productions that could be utilized as part of the local elementary and middle-school curriculum. The pair produced the Visual Communications multi-media program MR. TANI; as a solo artist, Lau directed, in collaboration with artist Glen Iwasaki, the VC animated short THE JOURNEY.
